Levi's Vintage Clothing

1944 501 Jeans

Condition: New With TagsMore info

These 1944 dead-stock Levi's are some of the last to be made in America. They were constructed from 14oz selvedge denim at Cone Mills in 2015, who were a proud Levi's® brand partner for over 100 years until till they recently ceased all production a few years later  in 2018.

They're a reproduction of a World War II-era jean reflecting a time of conserved materials, so this garment was originally made without the watch pocket rivets, crotch rivet, and the back waist cinch. True to the original, it features plain, unbranded standard-issue buttons with a laurel leaf design, it also has printed arcuate design instead of stitching on back pockets.
