Withdraw from Contract

Under EU consumer protection law, customers who purchase goods or services online have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This 14-day period is commonly known as the cooling-off period.

If you are are based in the European Union and place an order with Marrkt - you may cancel or return the items within 14 days of receipt of the products.

If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and refund immediately. Processing times for the payment to reach your bank or PayPal account are out of our control and may take a few days.

If your order has already shipped and you change your mind, please return the order upon receipt of the package using our returns portal.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To cancel an order before it has been shipped, please email us with your name, order number and details of which items you'd like to cancel. You should email us at  service@marrkt.com
